Christmas is such a great time of year because of how much colour is involved. Anyone that knows me knows I can’t seem to live without red lipstick, and my go to nail varnish (Malaga Wine by OPI). Getting to wear red out and feel festive makes it doubly fun! I wore this holiday look to Christmas eve mass last night…
It’s so important to me to dress up for the holidays (well everyday really) but I truly enjoy getting dressed for church. To me personally, it’s a beautiful way to show respect for a situation and as a Catholic I take great pride in the seriousness and beauty of Christmas. <3
Whatever you’re looking forward to this year, I hope the New Year brings you happiness, heath, and lots of laughter. <3 I’ll be spending the day with family, enjoying my mom’s seafood, and watching a Christmas Story for the tenth time this year.

Not that it’s a competition, but I bet you were the most beautiful woman in church that day! And I also like the idea of paying respect to the institution of what Christmas actually is by dressing up when going to church. I am not catholic, but am actually considering converting to Catholicism.
Hope you’ll have a wonderful New Years!
