Thin slices of cucumber
Handful of ice
If I ate really heavy foods I add a small sliver fresh ginger

I drink this every day. I swear by it. It’s a diuretic but it’s safe enough to use every day. It’s basically like a spa detox water but delicious and you don’t have to run to the bathroom every time you drink it.
