The moment when you stop letting others opinions and fear dictate how you feel; that’s when you start living your best life. xx

The day that Brendan proposed, he told me to make sure I wore something nice. I didn’t know we were going to a palace but I was excited to see what I could pull together to go to one. Bren has in the past told me to wear something nice specifically because he knew I would want pictures. I really took more time than usual to pick this outfit.

When traveling it’s essential to pack things you can wear more than once, such as a coat, a hat, sunglasses. Many tourists think they have to sacrifice style for comfort. This is not the case! I wore a white cotton off the shoulder top, warm wool coat, pants and chiffon pants.

I was so pleased to see that my outfit seemed to even mimic the colors of the flowers in the garden.

France was surprisingly chilly but once the sun peeked out it was finally warm enough to go without a jacket.

I felt really good in this outfit and I even felt glamorous. This might be one of my favorite looks ever. The best part was that none of it was planned!

Today as part of Women’s Equality Day Keds gave away one free pair of shoes! While I was in line, the Keds crew asked the girls if they felt that they were equal to men. Not surprisingly, they all said no.

Women still get paid significantly less all over the world as opposed to men. Not to mention, in government, women are still in the minority.
